Sign in and your message becomes a support thread on your own page. We answer you there, and you get an email the moment we do — so nothing sits in an inbox waiting to be noticed, and you can always go back and read what was said.
Signing in also means we can see the book you are writing about, which usually saves us both a round of questions.
